When I first saw the additional charge I was annoyed. I even went so far as to attempt to remove it from the cart. However I had seen a review on the product that mentioned that they needed to file a claim for a missing shipment. That review saved me because I kept the Monk Protect and whoa - ended up needing it.
The service worked and got me my correct package.
However, I would have loved to be able to upload more than one picture.
It wasn't necessary for them to approve it, one picture worked, but...it felt unfinished.
The 42 birds product was amazing.
