Cork yoga mat is really nice. It’s the longer one and is much nicer for tall people like myself. Nice cushioning for the knees. Good grip so you don’t slip even if you’re sweating. Weight is nice and light compared to rubber mats. My only issues are it could be a bit wider so my hands aren’t off the edge of the mat when I’m in a plank. Also cork seems to absorb any hint of dirt on your feet and the mat has quickly become dirty looking. I wipe it down with a mix of water a few drops of essential oil and a bit of white vinegar. I tried hosing it down and then hanging it up to dry and that seemed to get rid of some of the stains on it. Definitely enjoying having a new mat. I practice almost every day. We will have to see how well it lasts.

Only practiced 3 times so far on this mat and it’s great! Good cushion as well as grip. I’m pleased so far!
