How much is shipping?

We offer varying rates, depending on the size and quantity of your order. Rates begin at $6.99 for standard shipping, and we offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150. 

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship in 2-3 business days. However, some cariers including FedEx, USPS, and UPS, have been experiencing longer delivery windows. If this is the case, you'll be able to track all updates within the provided tracking number emailed to you.

Where do you ship in the United States?

We offer standard shipping across the United States, except for Alaska and Hawaii. 

If you’re trying to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, email us at hello@42birds.com and we can calculate shipping charges and send your 42 Birds products to you manually. 

Alaska and Hawaii orders do not qualify for free shipping on orders over $150. 

 Do you offer international shipping?

We don’t offer international shipping through our site quite yet.  If you're interested, send us an email at hello@42birds.com. We can calculate shipping charges and, in most cases, send your 42 Birds products to you. All payments will be made via a direct invoice. 

International orders do not qualify for free shipping on orders over $150.

 What is your return policy?

If you don’t love our products within 14 days of receiving them, you can return or exchange them. All returns will have the shipping cost deducted from your refund and any exchanges will be free of charge, unless the new product value is higher than the original. 

How do I make a return or exchange?

It’s simple: email us at hello@42birds.com, and we can get started on the return or exchange process. We’d love to hear your feedback too.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. To help protect your order, we offer MonkProtect at checkout. If you choose to add this protection, we can assist with replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

However, if you opt out of MonkProtect, 42 Birds is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. In such cases, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to file a claim.

 
How do I file a claim with MonkProtect? 

MonkProtect is a premium package protection insurance for online orders. When you add MonkProtect at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.
