Finally found my favorite mat!!

I spent a lot of time researching different yoga mats, especially since I mainly do hot yoga sculpting classes that involve plenty of cardio movements. It's essential for me to have a mat that doesn’t slip or move during my workouts. Initially, I bought a $30 mat off Amazon, but it started slipping right away, which made it hard to enjoy my sessions.

42 Birds has been fantastic! After using it for a month, I haven't had any issues with slipping—it's secure and stays in place. It's also super easy to clean, which I really appreciate. I’m thrilled to have found a non-toxic mat, and the included strap is a nice touch for easy transport.

My only small critique is that the mat feels a bit thin, but overall, I’m still really happy with my purchase. When the time comes, I’ll definitely splurge on the 6mm version!

Great mat so far!

After a handful of uses the cork truly does seem slip-proof and I love how light-weight it is for shuttling back and forth to various yoga studios in my neighborhood. Would highly recommend!
