I’m still experimenting with this kit. The instructions are available online, pictures would be an awesome tool. So far, I’m using it more for reflexology and I really like it for that. For me, I can grow into them being creative in the various ways of using the pieces. So I allow the experience to begin…

Amazing, affordable kit for facial work

I’m using this biting block and small massage ball along with some other facial massage and exercises. Like the other reviews state, there are no instructions that come with the kit to guide you on how to use the block.
