Cork Yoga Industrial Mat “The Imperial Eagle”

I absolutely love this cork mat. I use it to work out at home every day and for the occasional hot yoga class. The grip is great, and the mat overall stays put much better than my old one. It’s easy to clean (I use the mat spray) and it dries fast. I bought the mat to reduce plastic in my life but also ended up with a high-quality, luxurious mat I get to enjoy every day. It’s heavier than a typical mat, but you get used to it. I highly recommend!

Lasted 2 years of everyday use. Get so many compliments on it. Really grippy.

Only issue with this review is that I will be less unique if you buy it. So don’t buy it - I’d like to be the only cool one in class.

I have not received the mat. I initiated a tracking through your shipping agent (who received prepayment for their services) couple days ago. Their response was “in transit” & “couple days before delivery”. So, while I’d like to submit a positive review, the fact that your store fulfilled the order 14 days ago (15 now) and I’ve yet to receive same prevents me from doing so.

The cork gives me a grounding feeling and also helps w my sweaty flows!

Was excited for this mat. While it has good grip and helps my knees, ive noticed its developed scattered black spots. I use the mat cleaning spray but that didnt help. Spots look like mold not sure how to get rid of them or if its safe to use at this point?

Purchased the Imperial Eagle for my wife. She is very pleased with the mat as it 0provides excellent cushioning and is quite slip resistant. The mat is a bit heavier than we expected but the weight probably reflects the nice quality of the mat. Very happy with this purchase!

I LOVE my new cork yoga mat. The cork surface is transforming my practice. It seems so well made and totally addressed the issue of sliding that made me research cork mats. I look forward to my yoga in a different way.

I've been looking for a cork mat for awhile now and after doing a boatlaod of research, I decided to order the 42 Birds Imperial Eagle mat and I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love it. It's sturdy and has served me well in my yoga practice.

Ordered November. It is now December 16th and 42 Birds is blaming the delivery service. You have to step outside yourself for a minute and realize if a customer buys something and they don’t get it that is on you. You don’t blame the delivery service that has obviously lost the package because it shows NOT DELIVERED.

Love my new cork mat! Some folks had said GS corn was slippery… I haven’t had any issues

I am really happy with my yoga mat! Excellent quality and I love that I do not have to use the chemical cleaners on it. The cork is very nice and it works great at my hot yoga class.

The mat was delivered in good time. The box was a little fuckled upon arrival (not the fault of 42birds, and the mat was undamaged). I was stoked at the appearance and initial read on the mat's quality. Both my partner and I have taken it for a spin a few times and our initial read is very nice! I'll say this; four people have picked up that mat, and four said "ooof!." This mat is not a traveler. It is heavy. Hopefully this will translate well to heavy use. I will be giving it a test with some more challenging ashtanga practice than the mat has seen so far and am looking forward to it. So far, really excellent! Thanks, 42birds!

I was charged and the v item never delivered. I contacted your team a few times and they only relay to me they are checking in it. I have no nat , no refund, and no update of when something will be resolved. This is this worst service and a very expensive product to not get a refund on.

I love that the mat comes in plastic free packaging. It is beautiful- very smooth and I really appreciate that the logo is small, I prefer a very plain mat to practice on without much design. I got this to replace a Gurus Sprout mat that was just too thin for my concrete yoga studio. It definitely feels much sturdier- the natural rubber is almost bouncy when you’re on it and feels much better on my joints! My one complaint is that thing is HEAVY I walk about a quarter mile to my studio and it’s a workout just carrying this heavy mat! I’d still recommend it- it’s lovely and truly feels solid and well crafted. I’ve had no issues with slipping on it or anything like that either. My favorite part is that thing just rolls out so smooth and flat I’ve never had a mat that is so immediately perfectly flat! I would buy this mat again!

You can tell when you immediately pick up this mat that it is amazing quality. My tailbone is extra sensitive, so I have to double up the mat for rolling movements, but for most people should be plenty thick enough. Also it is grippy as claimed.

I love this new mat. The material is great. Wasn't much of a smell at all. Unraveled nicely.

I recently bought the Imperial Eagle cork mat. I love it! It’s beautiful and I don’t slip even though I do intense Power type yoga and sweat a lot. It’s also beautiful. Very happy with this purchase.
