The perfect Hot Yoga mat!

I go to hot yoga at minimum twice a week and I am one of the yogis that work up puddles of sweat (sorry not sorry) . I had a normal foam mat and bought a hot yoga towel to help with grip. But it just wasn't as good as I knew it could be.... thus my search began.
After some research, I realized how there are so many unknown chemicals in foam mats. And they absorb a lot of sweat and hold onto it. Yuck. And who knows how many thousands of years (millions?) To decompose.

Then I found the 42 birds 100% natural cork mat! I made sure to used it a few weeks before writing a review. I am in LOVE. The grip is excellent despite my splash zone . Wiping it down with a cool towel and water. I let air dry (drys in minutes). Then roll it up and place it I the cute handy canvas mat strap that came with it. Let my sister try it out and she bought one too!

I was skeptical to spend $$ on a mat without touching it myself, but I'm 100% satisfied and if I wlever need another mat I will be buying another one in the future.

Yoga Mat

This is the first time I have purchases a cork yoga mat. It is a 5 stars on quality and aesthetic. I was however disappointed that it is so hard and stiff.
On actual use I rate it as a 2. That is way I gave it a and overall 3.

Comforting and exactly what I hoped for

Firm yet warm, organic, durable, no 'sweat adhesion' to the surface. A very satisfying acquisition.

Beautiful and sturdy

I actually wanted a mat for under my peloton bike that would not off gas. This works great
